Two of the guests are husband and wife in their 60's. They are Mario and Lucida. They went there to visit their son who's working for Hershey's. They were staying for 2 nights. They booked a room in the 2nd floor but when the receptionist saw them during check in, the receptionist offered a room in the 1st floor so that they don't need to take the stairs. They got the room for the same price.
The room that was given to them may have not been cleaned yet because the sheets still have brown spots. They put this into the attention of the receptionist and in a few minutes, they housekeepers went to the room and changed the bed sheets. We also talked to a family of 4. The mother and father—James and Karen-- are in their early 30's and their children are in the 5th grade and 6th grade.
